  26. I upgraded mine to ref 4 and it works very well.  Perhaps the flash
  27. software is corrupted.  Try downloading it again and re-try the flash.

  29. BTW, I couldn't flash mine with the upgrade program - I had to use the file
  30. download procedure into the modem.
